I'm not a guru and I won't pretend to be one. I'm a builder who got tired of AI that talked a great game and shipped nothing. I kept ending sessions impressed by the conversation and empty-handed on the work — no draft published, no page live, no lead handled.
So I changed the rule. Every automation I keep has to end in an artifact, or it gets deleted. The seven workflows in the free pack — and the runnable kit built on top of them — are pulled straight from the systems I actually run to operate my own projects. They exist because I needed them, not because they'd make a nice product.
I'm not going to flash a revenue screenshot or invent a number, because I don't have to and you shouldn't trust anyone who does. What I can honestly tell you: these are the loops I use, written down so you don't have to reverse-engineer them. If a workflow was fragile or flaky, it's not in here. The hard-won lesson under all of it — a product with no operating loop is just inventory — is the one thing I'd want a younger me to hear.

Live apps and automations in production. The workflows here are pulled from real operating systems, not slideware.
Honest
No fake revenue screenshots. The lesson driving this: a product with no operating loop is just inventory.
